Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process for eligible furniture items.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Scheduled Collection

  We will coordinate with our white-glove delivery partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item arrives back at our workshop and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
